Jessica Stutt (she/her) is a dedicated family lawyer who has been serving clients since her call to the Bar in Ontario in 2017. She supports individuals and families navigating separation and divorce with clear, strategic guidance during what is often one of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Jessica has significant experience negotiating domestic contracts, including separation agreements and amending agreements to address post-separation issues or changes in circumstances. She regularly assists clients through mediation and arbitration to reach practical, forward-looking resolutions outside of the courtroom.
Jessica is delighted to help her clients with life’s happiest milestones, such as moving in with a partner, getting married, or blending or adding to their families. When preparing cohabitation agreements or marriage contracts, she aspires to leave clients feeling secure in their financial and other arrangements so they can focus on a bright future.

Jessica advises clients on issues of equalization and property division, including joint family venture and trust claims, spousal support, child support, and issues relating to parental decision-making and parenting time. Her services also include adoptions and fertility law.
